Abstract
Derrida’nın differance söyleminin, Batı metafiziğinin geleneksel düşünce yapısına karşıt bir görüş olarak ortaya çıktığı bilinmektedir. Postmodern dönem içerisinde gelişen bu kavram ile Derrida metinlere yapısökümsel bir tavırla yaklaşmaktadır. Araştırma, birçok disiplini etkileyen differance söyleminin genelde sanat alanına, özel de ise seramik sanatına nasıl yansıdığını anlamaya yöneliktir. Çalışmada yöntem olarak kuramsal analiz ve sanat eseri analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Differance kavramı, tarihsel gelişimi, sanattaki etkisi gibi konular hakkında literatür taramaları yapılmış, ilgili bölümler kuramsal bir çerçevede aktarılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında differance kavramının seramik eserlere nasıl yansıdığını eser ve sanatçı bağlamında anlayabilmek adına yedi sanatçının seçilen yapıtları üzerinden bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Bu yenilikçi okuma biçiminin seramik yapıtlarının estetik ve düşünsel yapısına büyük katkılar sağlayarak güncel okumaları olanaklı kıldığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Araştırmada yer verilen bilgilerin ve elde edilen sonuçların seramik disiplini ile birlikte, diğer sanat disiplinlerine de katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

Abstract
It is known that Derrida's differance discourse emerged as a view opposing the traditional thought structure of Western metaphysics. With this concept that developed in the postmodern period, Derrida approaches texts with a deconstructive attitude. The research aims to understand how the differance discourse, which affects many disciplines, is reflected in the field of art in general and ceramic art in particular. Theoretical analysis and art work analysis methods were used as methods in the study. Literature reviews were conducted on topics such as the concept of differance, its historical development, and its impact on art, and the relevant sections were transferred to the study within a theoretical framework. Within the scope of the research, an evaluation was made on the selected works of seven artists in order to understand how the concept of differance is reflected in ceramic works in the context of the work and the artist. It was concluded that this innovative reading style makes great contributions to the aesthetic and intellectual structure of ceramic works and enables current readings. It is thought that the information and results obtained in the research will contribute to other art disciplines as well as the ceramic discipline.
