CUDES Journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics in academic publishing, defning the responsibilities of all parties involved in the publication process (authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher) clearly.

1. Author Rights and Responsibilities
• Authorship and Contributions: Authors should have made a direct contribution to the research described in the article. e order of authors should be based on the contribution made to the work.
• Originality and Plagiarism: All submitted articles must be original, and any quotes from other sources must be appropriately cited. CUDES Journal does not tolerate plagiarism or data fabrication.
• Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any conficts of interest related to their research or the publication process.

2. Editor Responsibilities
• Impartiality and Confidentiality: Editors evaluate submitted manuscripts without regard to authors' ethnicity, gender, religious or political beliefs. All manuscripts are handled with confdentiality.
• Complaints and Appeals: CUDES Journal adopts a transparent policy for complaints and appeals. Any complaint will be carefully reviewed in accordance with COPE guidelines.
• Corrections and Retractions: If any errors are identifed in published articles, necessary corrections will be made, and signifcant errors will result in the retraction of the article.

3. Reviewer Responsibilities
• Evaluation Process: Reviewers evaluate manuscripts impartially and provide recommendations to editors on publication decisions. Reviewers must act with confdentiality and disclose any conficts of interest in the review process.
• Timely Review: Reviewers should complete their assessments promptly and provide feedback to the editors.

4. Publisher Responsibilities
• Content Quality and Reliability: CUDES Journal is committed to maintaining the scientifc integrity and reliability of the articles it publishes. The journal conducts regular audits to ensure the continuity and reliability
of the published content.
• Digital Archiving and Accessibility: All publications are digitally archived and accessible to researchers and the public.

5. Data Sharing and Reproducibility
• CUDES Journal encourages the sharing of research data and the reproducibility of experiments. Authors should be prepared to provide research data upon request.

6. Publication Ethics Violations and Sanctions
• CUDES Journal uses advanced plagiarism detection software and implements a rigorous review process to prevent unethical conduct. In cases where ethical violations are identifed, necessary sanctions will be applied, and the article may be retracted depending on the severity of the violation.

7. Post-Publication Discussion and Correction Policies
• CUDES Journal is open to post-publication peer review and may make corrections or updates based on feedback received after publication.
